1. Owner Builder
Our Kits offer you ultimate flexibility to construct yourself as an Owner Builder with your own trade base to undertake construction.
Our Kits come delivered with detailed working drawings and assembly instructions and 3D model to ensure you and your build team are confident in taking on the build process.
Shed House Australia can also assist with recommending a local trade base where possible.
2. Registered Builder
A registered builder takes the stress out of the process by managing your build from start to finish — coordinating trades, keeping things on schedule, and ensuring everything meets code. With established networks, quality control, and built-in warranty protections, they help avoid costly mistakes and deliver a smoother, faster, and more reliable build.
Our kits integrate seamlessly into a builder’s process. We provide your builder with a full set of construction-ready documents, ensuring a smooth handover and fewer delays.
