The Shed House Starter Pack has everything you need to plan your project and is the first important step before "making it your own" with a Site Specific Pack.
We've done all the hard work for you - Predesigned & engineered plans compliant with the NCC (building code) and a pathway to 7 star energy rating. Our process is simple and cost effective and provides you with an efficient way to build.
02 - Make it your own
From $2,900 ex. GST
Buy your Site Specific Pack. Our designs are set, all you need to do is select the following to make it your own; external colours & materials, available upgrades and your preferred window & door locations.
You will receive: Your Shed House sited on your property, architectural floorplans & elevations with your selected options, colours & materials schedule, window & door schedule, preliminary energy rating.
Required for: Finalising your selections & siting, town planning & proceeding to construction drawings.
03 - Construction Drawings
From $7,900 ex. GST
Order your Construction Pack
The final step of your Shed House design journey.
You will receive : Working drawings Issued For Construction (IFC), Certified Structual engineering, Foundations Plan, 3D Model & Assembly Guide, Final Energy Rating, Kit Supply Agreement (KSA).
Required for : Applying for your building permit and ordering your Shed House Kit to start construction.
04 - Order & Build Your Shed
Once your building permit has been issued, it’s time to order your Kit.
Allow 3-5 Weeks for manufacturing & delivery, and commence construction your way.
