FutureFrame™ is Shed House Australia's proprietary structural framing system. Engineered to deliver exceptional strength, precision and buildability for Australian conditions. Designed for faster assembly, design flexibilty, optimum thermal performance and long-term durability, FutureFrame™ forms the structural foundation of every Shed House.
Base Kit Inclusions
FutureFrame structural system
Cold-formed steel structural frame, including first floor or mezzanine where applicable, with proprietary engineered brackets for fast, accurate assembly.
External Cladding & Roof Sheeting
Corrugated steel external wall & roof cladding. Upgrade options are available.
Half Round Gutters, Downpipes & Flashings
Half round slotted gutters, colour matched downpipes & all external flashings.
Fixings & Fasteners
All bolts, screws, fixings and fasteners included for assembly.
Builders Wrap & Thermal Breaks
Vapour-permeable wall and roof membrane with a thermal break and ventilated cavity, matched to your cladding profile: 12 mm behind corrugated cladding, 20 mm behind standing seam and cassette profiles.
Roof Ventilation
Eave and ridge ventilation to NCC Part 10.8.4, supplied with the Kit.
Interactive 3D-BIM Model
All Kits come with an interactive 3D-BIM Model and step-by-step Assembly Guide.
Standard Delivery
Kit prices include Standard Delivery: sites within 100 km of the Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane or Canberra CBD, or within 50 km of the Perth or Adelaide CBD.
Not Included in a Kit
Windows & doors, internal walls and partition walls, internal wall bracing, structural support posts where nominated on the engineering, staircases, insulation, internal linings, fixtures and fittings, services and internal fit-out. Confirm your full scope with your builder before purchase. Sites outside our Standard Delivery areas are classified as Non-Standard Delivery and may incur additional delivery charges.

No. Shed House Australia designs, engineers and delivers your FutureFrame™ Kit directly to your site.
You are responsible for arranging the construction of your Kit and completing your home, either as an Owner Builder or by engaging a Registered Builder. We have a Victorian Build partner, and if you need assistance elsewhere, our team may be able to connect you with recommended Kit Assembly Contractors and Registered Builders in your region.

No. Windows & doors are not included as standard. Once your energy rating has been completed, we can provide a competitive quote for a complete window and door package, or you're welcome to source them yourself.

FutureFrame Kits are flat-packed and delivered directly to your site on a scheduled date(s). Components are clearly labelled and correspond to your assembly guide and 3D-BIM model for straightforward installation.
